Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level One is often a homecoming. As you receive your first placement, your nervous system begins to soften and your intuition naturally awakens. You may notice greater emotional balance, stronger boundaries, and a renewed sense of compassion—for yourself and others—without feeling depleted. You will leave this class with a tool that you now have for life! You don't need to be in any special meditative state, you simply summon the Reiki and it becomes effective immediately! Self Reiki can be woven easily into daily life—used for a few minutes in the morning to ground and set intentions, during the day to reset stress or emotions, and at night to relax the body and support restful sleep. May be used to alleviate headaches or pain in the body. With simple hand placements, Reiki becomes a practical self-care tool you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or depleted. Over time, this daily practice builds greater calm, clarity, and trust in your own inner guidance.

In Reiki Level One, you will learn:

• The history and principles of Reiki

• How to channel Reiki energy safely and ethically

• How to practice self-Reiki using traditional hand positions

• How to sense and work with energy (tingling, heat, intuition, etc.)

• How to ground, clear, and protect your energy

• Basic energetic boundaries and self-care practices

• How to incorporate Reiki into daily life

• What to expect after your placement and how to integrate it

• Reiki Level One placements
