Reiki Level 1 & 2 Oct 2026

Welcome! I'm Christie. I've been a professional Reiki practitioner and teacher for 10 yrs in lovely Sedona Arizona. I moved to Asheville this summer and I have so much experience and wisdom I can't wait to share with you! These 2 day classes are held once a month through the rest of 2026. Only 6 spots available for each so if you find a date that works for you I would reserve it fast! I'm currently offering Reiki training level 1&2 at a discounted rate because I am passionate about community, accessibility and spreading Reiki to as many people as possible. I believe those drawn to learning Reiki have a very special calling. They are often empathic souls with a deep desire to help others and are on their own path of self growth and healing. Reiki has changed my life in so many amazing ways and I know it can do the same for you! Learning Reiki is often a homecoming; tapping into an energy that is already inside you just waiting to be activated and shared. As you receive your first placement (also referred to as an attunement), your nervous system begins to soften and your intuition naturally awakens. This can be subtle at first but over time becomes very noticeable. You may notice greater emotional balance, stronger boundaries, and a renewed sense of compassion for yourself and others without feeling depleted. You will leave this class with a tool that you now have for life! You don't need to be in any special meditative state, you simply summon the Reiki and it becomes effective immediately. Self Reiki can be woven easily into daily life. I like to use it first thing in the morning while I'm still in bed for a few minutes of gratitude, grounding and intention setting, during the day to manage stress or difficult emotions, and at night to relax my body and quiet my mind for a more restful sleep. I also use it when my family or I have headaches or pain in the body. With simple hand placements, Reiki becomes a practical self-care tool you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or depleted. Over time, this daily practice builds a sustained sense of peace and calm, mental clarity, and trust in your own inner guidance. In Reiki 2 you will learn to do Reiki for others and are considered practitioner level. Reiki takes practice to familiarize yourself with the energy and during class we will be practicing on one another. It can also be used on pets and plants!

At the end of each class there is an *optional bonus hour* where I provide a nourishing meal for us and open the space to Q & A time

Early bird special is $333 and goes up to $395 the week before class starts.

A $150 deposit is required at the time of sign up to reserve your spot and the rest is paid 7 days before the class start date. This class is IRCT (International Center for Reiki) certified and part of the Holy Fire 3 Usui lineage which is the most up to date in the evolution of Reiki.

I provide: Reiki 1 & 2 manual, yoga mat, water, gift bag with a pen and journal, dinner.

In Reiki Level Two, you will learn:

• The three traditional Reiki Level Two symbols and their uses

• How to draw, activate, and work with the Reiki symbols

• How to use Reiki for mental and emotional healing

• How to send Reiki across distance

• How to send Reiki to past experiences and future situations

• Different techniques for practicing Distance Reiki

• How to incorporate the Reiki symbols into self-Reiki

• How to use the Reiki symbols when working with others

• How to deepen your intuition and sensitivity to Reiki energy

• Reiki Level Two placements

• How to conduct a full session for someone start to finish
